My OTHER Books

Science Fiction ?

I blew the dust off of the science fiction novels that I wrote starting in 1985.

The Peter Arnot Adventure Time Travel series begins with: Making The Grade, Photographs, and Saga.  I started the fourth book in the series but never completed it.

Then there is the science fantasy mindwarp called Shadowlands based on a series of drawings made in the Max Ernst method.

There are two versions of Shadowlands.  One with black and white illustrations linked above and the other will full color interior that cost so much that even I can't afford it and I wrote the damned thing...

HORROR?

I started a vampire trilogy based on a biological explanation for blood sucking undead things.  Just the first one is currently available.  I pretty much gave up on fiction when I realized that reality was even more twisted.  I guess my heart's not in it...

GARDENING

Pure Sand Gardening is a book about my own experiments and experience in the Jardine Jordan.

Contrary to the impression that people get on just a surface-read, the PURE SAND goes on TOP of soil so that there is something for the plants to root into and get their minerals.

The sand IS pure and can be as much as 14" thick.  The height of the sand dictates the height of the root crops = 14" carrots!  It creates ease of harvest and elbow room to grow, but the bottom line is that you NEED soil (junk soil or not) to grow the plants.  You can amend your soil with organic matter dug into the substrate or placed under the sand because you never get anything for free on this planet.

Guitar Instruction

If you are interested in learning how to play guitar by pattern recognition alone, I came up with a color-coded dot pattern method of learning where to put your fingers on the fretboard and squeezed it together in a book with music theory so that you can have the best of both worlds.
